I find it helps a lot to interact with nature whenever you can. even nature video in the studio in case it isn't convenient to be outside or for those of us with social anxiety. So what i normally do is get some nature footage on one of my displays while I'm chilling or making music, even reading or relaxing. Some people will say its corny to have that stuff when you can just “go outside” but they may not realise that for some of us, sensory issues can make it difficult. There are times when the light of the outside hurts my eyes and my senses pick up too much so this is a good compromise. It really helps to calm down and also it kind of helps to be more comfy with being outside or getting outside. Sometimes i watch a particularly cool nature video and it makes me wanna go outside. So throw on a youtube video of some nature if you're feeling unmotivated and let it chill you out, doesn't have to be nature by the way, also a city or place that you like or want to go. I find that the visuals really do help the mind somehow.
