Simple answer to this question is that if you have to pay for bills then you have to do what you have to do. That being said, It doesn't mean that you should forget about music altogether. I think there is a huge myth about whether music should be taken seriously or not but i believe that anyone with the inclination to make art, should do it. There is never enough art in the world. I feel like if more of us did music on the side, we may have less stress in our daily work lives.
I think that we should really take time to go through creative endeavours whenever we can. It is the only way that we can release all of the creative energy that builds up within every individual. I think that this is where a lot of great ideas come from and that we should cultivate the releasing of creative energy and the normalisation of taking time to do creative things. I don't know how many times I have stayed up late at night, making music because I was at work during the day. Remind yourself that sometimes working part time or making music part time might be the solution to living a more comfortable life. So if you have a piano or some music software or some decks or even thinking of getting it I would highly suggest you do. If you’re looking for new inspiration or resources, a job may be the way to go, keep at the music obviously because we all want to be able to make a living out of it. Don’t give up. Every day you’re slightly better than the day before
